Partnership Announcement

We would like to announce our joint development agreement with Stables Motor Condos! Our partnership will allow both companies to co-develop standalone and joint communities on sites in Colorado, Texas, and Georgia. The founder of Personal Warehouse, Steve Garrison, and the founders of The Stables Motor Condos, Jeff Beal and Chad Lagomarsino, are excited for this partnership to better serve their customers in new locations.

The Stables Motor Condos is the perfect resort-like community for car collectors and motorsports enthusiasts. They offer private garages for sale and individual spaces to rent inside a climate-controlled warehouse, nicknamed “The Barn.” The Stables is not just a place to store your collection, but a community and a lifestyle, symbolizing the values, aspirations, interests, and attitudes of car collectors and motorsports enthusiasts. They are not focused on building client-company relationships but building friendships with their customers to create their passionate community.

Jeff Beal is a Co-Founder of Stables Motor Condos and has over 25 years’ experience in the automotive & motorsports industry. His past experiences and passion for automotive & motorsports led him to create the vision for Stables Motor Condos. Jeff is also a licensed real estate agent and specializes in working with investment properties.

Chad Lagomarsino is a Co-Founder of Stables Motor Condos and has over 20 years of experience as a developer and licensed real estate agent. He has led the Stables Motor Condos project in Forsyth County, Georgia through all the due diligence, entitlements, and pre-development/engineering. Chad specializes in identifying and analyzing potential real estate opportunities in master planned lifestyle developments, hospitality and destination driven ventures.

According to Personal Warehouse founder, Steve Garrison, “Personal Warehouses and Stables Motor Condos are a perfect complement for each other.” This is because the two companies have worked together in the past and building both companies’ warehouses in the same location will benefit their collective client base.
