Steve Garrison

Founder / Managing Member

Steve Garrison is a graduate of Colorado State University with a BS in Finance and Real Estate. Upon graduation Steve joined a commercial and residential mortgage banking company for 12 years. During that time, Steve specialized in multi-family condo conversions, becoming an expert in condominiums, formation and permanent financing.

Over the past 20 years leading PW Development, Steve Garrison has completed over 26 projects consisting of ground up development and conversion projects. As a developer Steve takes a unique approach to all projects of what they have coined as “Developer-Led Design Build.” Steve focuses upon identifying new markets, sites and opportunities, and oversees all the sales and marketing within the organization. With a passion for innovation, Steve continually evaluates and upgrades the Personal Warehouse™ system to meet the evolving needs of the market and customers.

Eric Greven

Founder / Managing Member

Eric is a Colorado native and graduate of Colorado State University, where he earned a degree in Business Administration. He was the COO for a regional professional services firm in Denver, Colorado for five years. Prior to his work with Personal Warehouse™, he founded two successful start-up businesses in web design and development. He has also held management and director positions in two Fortune 100 companies, all of which provided him with an extensive background in business process design, sales, management, and operations.

Eric has managed operations for Personal Warehouse™ since 1999. From predevelopment through project completion, Eric’s primary focus is the construction process, sales, legal, banking, and investor relations. His ability to cultivate strong business relationships with customers, investors, and project teams is a critical aspect of his job and a key to his success. With robust industry knowledge and a commitment to building effective teams through processes, Eric has been able to help the company reduce risk and enhance the speed and quality of project development and sell-out.
